Alice Howe Andersen, 94, passed away in Cedar City on May 4. She was born Aug. 4, 1915, in Los Angeles to Joseph H. Howe and Anne E. Connelley.


She is survived by her son Leslie Legrand Andersen, (Mary Anne); granddaughters Polly Williams, Nancy Wolfgang and Amy Morrey; and 7 great-grandchildren.


A graveside service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Bear River City Cemetery in Bear River, under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
