Mildred "Mick" Amundson, 89, of Savoy died at 3:10 p.m. Sunday (Jan. 17, 2010) at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
She was born on Oct. 9, 1920 to Grover and Myrle Prough Polston. She married Dale R. Amundson on Jan. 6, 1943 in Urbana. He preceded her in death on July 1, 2006. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Polston.
She is survived by two sisters, Ruby Waldron and Juanita Orr, both of Savoy.
