Garry Eugene Ammons, 62, of Bauxite died Friday, June 6, 2008, at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock.
He was born Dec. 17, 1945, in Benton.
Mr. Ammons was a licensed psychiatric technician nurse and served in the Arkansas Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Ammons, and two nephews.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Ammons of Bauxite; three daughters, Terri Pritchard and Samantha Barron, both of Bauxite, and Sherri Ammons Weems of Benton; his mother, Lottie Mae Ammons; two brothers, Allen Ammons of Haskell and Darrell Ammons of Bauxite; three sisters, Cynthia Gardner, Glinda Smith and Nancy Banister, all of Benton; and seven grandchildren, Roger Pritchard Jr., Casey Pritchard, Jonathan Pritchard, Richard Dodson, Brittany Dodson, Marissa Barron and Tristan "Matt" Barron.
Cremation services are by Roller-Ballard Funeral Home.
