MRS. JOHN AMERLING
Mrs. John Amerling, 87, Route 1, Kewaskum, died Wednesday evening at St. Joseph Hospital in West Bend after a long illness.
The former Magdalena Kudek, she was born Feb. 10, 1871, in Town Wayne, On Oct. 25, 1892, she was married to John Amerling at St. Bridget. He died March 19, 1937.
She was a member of St. Kilian Altar Society.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Ben (Kathryn) Werner of Jackson, Mrs. Wendell (Sophia) Petri of West Bend, Mrs. Arnold (Agnes) Hawig of Town Wayne; Mrs. Adam (Priscilla) Kozsowski of Milwaukee; two sons, Edwin of Town Wayne, Arnold, with whom she had made her home; 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Campbell of Town Wayne and Miss Elizabeth Kudek of Milwaukee.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Church, Kewaskum. The Rev. Fred LaBuwi, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Kilian Cemetery.
