Thomas Wayne Ament, 41, formerly of Burlington, died March 23, 1993, in Phoenix, Ariz.
Born April 2, 1951, in Burlington, he was the son of Robert Verline and Vera Sturgeon Ament.
Mr. Ament was a cook at a halfway house.
Survivors include two brothers, Lynn Ament of Burlington, and Darrell Kelley of Morning Sun; one sister, Tina Albert of Dubuque, and his mother, Vera Albert of Winterhaven, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.
The graveside committal service for Mr. Ament will be held at a later date in the Nauvoo City Cemetery, Nauvoo, Ill.
