Anna Grace Ambrose, 92, of Ligonier, died Friday evening, Dec. 21, 2007, in Greensburg Care Center. She was born March 3, 1915, in Ligonier Township, a daughter of the late Jonas and Ida Swank Clark.

Grace was a lifelong member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Ligonier.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Kathy Farr (and her husband Fred T. Farr Jr.) of New Alexandria; two grandchildren, Kathy Ann Kane (and her husband Ed) and John F. Farr; two great-grandsons, Thomas and Michael Kane; and a sister, Frances M. Clark of Ligonier.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, John F. Ambrose, in 1993; an infant son; three brothers, Ford, Carl and Luther Clark; two sisters, Irene Ambrose and Edith Orme; three half brothers, James DeWitt and Lloyd and Paul Clark; and six half sisters, Ruth Riffle, June Kissell, Mary Ray, Janet Egner, Ella Muir and Blanche Crosby.
