Goshen-Luon Am, 67, of Goshen, died Sunday, December 18, 2011, at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, where she had been the past two weeks. She was just recently diagnosed with cancer.
She was born in Cambodia on December 15, 1944.
A longtime Goshen resident, Mrs. Am is survived by four daughters, Ran (Eang) Pung of Goshen, Tyuch Ram of Elkhart, Yum Ram of Providence, Rhode Island, and Angelina Ram of Goshen; two sons, Rang Ram of Holland, Michigan and Vait Ram of Cambodia; 22 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Yiem Cheap in 2004 and her parents.
Friends may call 10 to 12 p.m., Saturday, December 24, 2011at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a noon Buddhist funeral service will be conducted.
Cremation will follow the service
