Alexandra Cardenas Alvarado, born on January 24, 1944 in Laredo, Texas went to be with her Lord on June 11, 2005 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 61. She was a wonderful, loving and caring, wife, mother and grandmother, who always put others needs before her own. Alexandra was preceded in death by her parents, Olga Chavez and Antonio Alcala. She is survived by her husband, Antonio Alvarado; daughter, Jennifer Gomez and husband, Gilberto of El Paso, TX; son, Jeff Alvarado and wife, Melissa of McAllen, TX; sisters, Sylvia Greene and husband, Jeff of San Antonio, TX, Bertha Quintanilla and Carin Quintanilla, both of San Antonio,TX; brothers, Beto Chavez of Borger, TX and Arnulfo Quintanilla of San Antonio,TX; her aunt, Carolina Quintanilla; grandchildren, Ryan and Andrew Alvarado; and numerous nieces and nephews.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2005 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. The Funeral Service will be on Monday, June 13, 2005 at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park North.
