William Lee Alumbaugh, the infant six weeks old son of Roy and Lorene Shipman Alumbaugh, died at the ST. Margaret's Hospital in Hammond, Indiana, Wednesday afternoon at three o'clock. The child was ill three weeks and died of pneumonia.
The child is survived by the parents and four grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Shipman of Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs. Elza Alumbaugh of Hymera.
The body was taken to the grandparents' home in Hymera. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at the Church of Christ at Cass. Interment will be in the Dugger Cemetery. M. J. Aikin and Son is in charge of the funeral. April 23, 1942
