BONNIE L. ALSPAUGH, 78, of Rockford, Ohio, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, 1:30 a.m., at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio. Born May 14, 1929, in Pleasant Mills, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Albert Arthur Burke and Grace Mae Ramsey. She was a 1947 graduate of Monroe High School and a homemaker. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Celina, Ohio. Surviving are her sons, Albert Alspaugh of Rockford, Ohio, Terry Alspaugh of Decatur, Mark Alspaugh of Celina, Ohio, and Todd Alspaugh of Greenville, Ohio; brother, Von Olin Burke of Sturgis, Mich.; sisters, Mrs. (Roy) Rosena Schwartz and Katheryn Isch, both of Decatur; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy L. Alspaugh; a grandson, Chad Alspaugh; three brothers, Adrian, Verlin and Jesse Burke; five sisters, Doris Daniels, Evelyn Brodbeck, Lillian Martin, Marjorie Andrews, and Marian Miller. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur. Norman Dewiler officiating. Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial in Decatur Cemetery.
