"Mrs Beatrice M Alsdorf, 63, of Warren, died at her home there of a sudden heart attack at 3pm yesterday. She was born in London, England in 1885, and after she came to this county, she made her home in the Warren area. Besides her husband, Winnie Alsdorf, she leaves a son, Lewis Mahan (sic) [Mayhe] of State College, PA, and a sister in London. The remains were moved to the Torrey funeral home in Spartansburg...Interment will (be) at Rose Hill cemetery in Spartansburg."
