Benjamin Dennis Allred, 74, 1500 E. McGalliard Road, died Sunday in his residence.
Mr. Allred was a native of Overton County, Tenn., and moved to Muncie in 1937. He was a member of University Christian Church. He worked for Acme-Lee in Muncie and Cullman Products in Cullman Ala., for 38 years before retiring in 1976. He lived in Cullman, Alabama from 1961 to 1977. He was a member of Muncie Lodge 433 F&AM.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel, with Rev. Norman Weaver, pastor of University Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Family wil receive callers 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
