Alberta, born February 14, 1930, Prescott Arizona daughter of Henry and Dora Sharp, Alberta was raised at Mint Valley still known today as the Sharp Ranch and attended Prescott Miller Valley Elementary School, and Prescott High School until the 10th grade. She drop out of School to marry the love of her life Jack Allmon.
Alberta worked in the plastic factory in Prescott for a short time. After the move to Bagdad she was a stay at home mom until she and grandma Sharp (1969-1972) went in a joint venture in the Spudnut (the one of two eating places in Bagdad) She was well known for her donuts which she would get up and go in at 3:00am to have them ready for early morning pick up, she made about 30 dozen by hand every day. On Thursday and Friday she had Mexican food. After selling the Spudnut she once again was a stay at home mom.
Alberta devoted her love and life to Jack until his death on August, Alberta stayed in Bagdad until 1984 when she moved to Chino Valley where she lived until her death in November, 1990 and is buried in the Skull Valley Cemetery in Skull Valley. Alberta and Jack had 4 children
