Cookeville, Funeral services for Albert Luther Allison 82, of Cookeville will be held Friday, January 1, 1993, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Stewart Cemetery.
Mr. Allison died Wednesday, December 30, 1992, at Masters Health Care Center. A native of Putnam County, born August 20, 1910, he was the son of the late James Martin and Bertha Mahan Allison.
Mr. Allison was retired from the auto industry. He attended the Baptist Church. His family includes three sisters, Emogene Allison Crawford of Cookeville, Bonnie Alma Boyd of Warren, Michigan, and Mable Cusick of Huntington, Arkansas; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Campbell Allison, and two brothers, Lawrence Preston and James Thomas Allison.
Bro. John Tollett will officiate at the services.
