Mrs. Alta Allison Dies on Saturday
Funeral Services To Be on Tuesday Afternoon
Mrs. Alta Mary Allison, 56, died Saturday at her home, Viener apartments, after an illness of six years.
Mrs. Allison was born February 3, 1885, in Franklin county (sic). She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Robert Allison of town; a granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. Poro Pope of Hagerstown, and two brothers, William Allison and John Allison, both of Newburg.
Funeral services will be at 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Van Scyoc funeral home, conducted by the Rev. A.F. Shank. Friends were to call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 o'clock Monday evening.

Death certificate states she was single but obituary lists her as 'Mrs.'
No parents are listed but her brothers' last name are also Allison.
