Mr. Charles R. Allen I, age 90, of Tyler passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016 in Tyler Mother Francis Hospital. Mr. Allen was born July 11, 1925 in Crockett to Ollie “Dock” Allen and Annie Mae Poe Allen. He was retired from the oilfield and petroleum business.

He was preceded in death by parents, Ollie “Dock” Allen and Annie Mae Poe Allen; wife, Rosie Beavers Allen; and brother, Carroll Allen and David Allen.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Charles Reginald Allen I will be held Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Parker Cemetery in the Jones School House Community with Jason Moore officiating.
