Mr. Raliegh Allen, age 88 of Raliegh Allen Road, West Liberty, Kentucky; survived by his Wife; Roxie Allen; 1 Son; Willard Allen; passed away Thursday, February 22, 2007 at his residence.
He was born October 27, 1918 in Morgan County, Kentucky; son the Late Dewey Allen & Gertude Gullett Allen.
Raliegh was a Autobody & Sewing Maching Repairman. He was a member of the Centerville Community Church, & accetped the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior on June, 26, 2005. He was also a United States Army retired Veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by 6 Brothers; Bill, Cortie, Eugene, Lonnie, Murph and Richard Allen; 1 Step-Daughter; Loretta Mae Whitley.
He is survived by his Wife; Roxie Oney Allen of West Liberty, Kentucky, Married December 21, 1945; 1 Son & Special Daughter-in-Law; Willard & Ann Allen of West Liberty, Kentucky; Special Granddaugther; Lisa & Jamie Adkins of West Liberty, Kentucky; 1 Grandson; Todd Allen of West Liberty, Kentucky; 3 Great-Grandchildren; Leslie Sponcil of West Liberty, Kentucky, Dustin Clay Adkins of West Liberty, Kentucky, and Sierra Allen of Maytown, Kentucky; 1 Brother; Alec & Faye Allen of Ashland, Kentucky; and Special Friend; Blake Childers.
Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Harry Flannery and Rev. Eugene Haney. Burial will follow with Interment at the Allen Cemetery in Grapecreek, Kentucky. Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home in West Liberty, Kentucky.
