Enoch Benjamin Allen, 74, died Monday, January 12, 1998 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center. Born September 16, 1923 in Casey County, he was the son of the late Amos Perry and Mary Cochran Allen. He was a retired construction worker. Survivors include: two sons, Michael Wayne Allen of Logansport, IN and Joseph Scott Allen, Harrodsburg; six daughters, Judy Carol Jarrell, Mercer County, Vickie Kay Dykes, Harrodsburg, Jacqueline Sue Casey, Hiram, GA, Debra Jo Brantley, Lexington, Marilyn Ann Johnson, Danville, and Donna Jean Saxon, Borger, TX; one brother, William "Bill" Allen, Harrodsburg; three sisters, Frances Carrier, Cincinnati, OH, Flossie Royalty, Harrodsburg, and Gracie Cobb, Lexington; 24 grandchildren; two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest Allen, and one sister, Bessie Crabtree. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 15, at 11:00 a.m. at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Cornish and Bro. Richard Easterling officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
