Mrs. Edna M Allen, 88, Topeke, died Tuesday, February 1, 1983 at a Topeka nursing home. She was born March 4, 1894, at Powhattan, the daughter of Alvin P. and Alvina Clellan Williams. She moved from Powhattan to Topeka 42 years ago.
She was married to Harvey S. Allen, December 24, 1913 at Powhattan. He died August 25, 1959. Two sons also preceded her in death, Lyle Allen in infancy and Donald Allen, September 4, 1981.
She was survived by two daughters, Geraldine Starkey and Julia Cooper, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
