She was born February 7, 1919 in Woodrow, Utah to Charles Rial and Rachel Ann Thompson Allen, the youngest of eleven. She married her eternal sweetheart, Duane L. Bishop, on January 20, 1939 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Mom was a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served others all her life. She made home a haven for our family and all of our friends. We honor her for her steadfast love and tender care of each of us, especially of Dad until his death in 1998.
