Phyllis Irene Allen died Feb. 28, 2000, of cancer at age 63. No service will be held.
Miss Allen was born Jan. 27, 1937, in Oregon City, where she lived all her life. She graduated in 1955 from Oregon City High School and was a clerk for the Clackamas County Tax Assessor's Office for 35 years, retiring in 1998.
Survivors include her sister, Bonnie.
Interment is in Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City. Arrangements were by Holman-Hankins-Bowker & Waud Funeral Home.
