Emory M. AllenEmory M. Allen, 76. died unexpectedly Monday night, December 7, at his home on Babbott Avenue in this village.He was born in Oriskany Falls, October 25, 1860, son of Merritt and Diana Morey Allen. Mr. Allen came to Waterville 55 years ago and followed the trade of carpenter. Fifty years ago he married Elizabeth Milet, who died seven years later. On November 27, 1899. he married Anna McGuire of Waterville, in St. Bernards Church. She is the sole survivor.
Funeral services will be held from his home Friday morning at 10 o'clock and interment will be made in the Oriskany Falls Cemetery.
