Information from Glenda H. Brack 5.3.2013:

Rena (Marena Serena Goss) was Beverly Allen's second wife (married November 1855. He was married to Rena's sister first...Mary Goss, in August 1850. MARY is the mother of Church, Charles Simeon and Mahala Allen. Then her sister raised the three children with her own. It took me finding the estate papers for Marena Serena and Mary's father to figure it out, then found the marriage documents in Tallapoosa County.
