Ernest D. Allen, 52, died at 9:20 p.m. Friday at his home, 507 North Treece street, in Picher, following an extended illness. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ethel Allen, a daughter, Miss Zora Allen, and two sons, Lawrence Allen and Everett Lee Allen, all of the home. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at the First Baptist church with the pastor, the Rev. W. A. Evans, officiating. Burial will be in G. A. R. cemetery at Miami, with the Durnil Funeral home in charge.
