Born in Lowville, June 26, 1902, a daughter of Nicholas and Ella Lyng Hewitt and was married to Gerald H. Allen in St. Peter's Church, Oct. 31, 1921. Mr. Allen died Dec. 26, 1966.
Mrs. Allen is survived by three sons, Charles L., New Canaan, Conn., Richard G., Swantin, Vt., Gordon H., Lowville, and seven grandchildren.
