Funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church with Rev. Edwin Chriscoe and Rev. Darby Gaither officiating. Burial will follow in Emmanuel Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Saturday and at other times at the home.
Beulah was born in Davidson County, January 29, 1920 to Webster Monroe Fritts and Delia Ada Waitman Fritts. She was a retired employee of Burlington House Furniture and a member of Emmanuel Wesleyan Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 68 years, M. Cleo Allen in 2008; son, Madison (Mickey) Allen and all of her siblings.
She is survived by; daughter, Edith Dunning and husband Charles of Lexington, her Maine daughter, Nancy Bond; grandchildren, Christie Dunning, Melinda Dunning, Beverly Ramsey, Stacy Allen, Mandy Martin and Angie Rodgers; ten great-grandchildren and special caregiver, Cora Tester.
