HATTIESBURG - Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Century Funeral Home for George Allen Jr., 88, of Hattiesburg, who died Jan. 18, 2010, at Bay Street Nursing Home.
Burial is in Highland Cemetery.
Mr. Allen was an Army veteran.
Survivors include two sons, Gillis Allen of Hattiesburg, and William Allen of Tulsa, Okla.; five daughters, Pennie Allen and Pequitta Allen, both of Petal, Evelyn Bester of Hattiesburg, Desera Allen of Tulsa and Joann Allen of Chicago; two sisters, Martha Allen of Detroit and Edna Allen of Greenville; a brother, Carl Allen of Chicago; and 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
