Jean M. Wagner Allen, 82, passed away on Saturday evening, November 19, 2005, at St. Vincent Hospital, Erie, Pa., after a brief illness. She was born November 22, 1922, in Warren, to the late Henry and Josephine Rosenhover Wagner. She was a lifelong resident of Warren County and a graduate of Warren High School. Jean was a member of St. Luke's Cathol ic Church, the Wrightsville Ladies Auxiliary and the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club. She served on the election board in Freehold Township for many years, as well as serv ing as a collector for the American Heart Association. She enjoyed her monthly lun cheons with the "Girls." She enjoyed traveling, reading, collecting poetry, watching "Westerns" and the daily Mass on TV, listening to music, working crossword puzzles, playing cards, dining out and spending hours with her friends and family. She and her late husband, Bill, built and managed the Brokenstraw Valley Campground. She en joyed talking to all the guests and meeting people from all across the country. Prior to raising her family, she worked at the former New Process Company for approximately 20 years. She is survived by her three sons, Michael Allen of Youngsville, Pa., Craig Allen and his wife, Diane, and Jef frey Allen, all of Pittsfield, Pa.; four grandchildren, Amanda Allen-Edwards and her husband, Aric, Jason Allen and his fiance, Armida McCall, all of Pittsfield, Pa., Justin Allen of Youngsville, Pa., Kristina Allen Archuleta and her husband, Jason, of Longview, Texas; as well as many very special and life long friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, G. Wil liam Allen; two brothers, Richard Wagner, who died in infancy, and Robert Wagner.
