A great sense of love and loss will be felt by family and friends that loved and knew Henry. He touched so many people along his journey and always left a lasting impact on all the people he met. He was a Miracle Child, a living Angel and a Saint of God among all of us.
Henry Allen affectingly known as "Hen" to family and friends was born to Fred & Marvell Allen on December 29, 1949. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; two sisters and a loving grandmother.
As a young man he was brought up in church. He attended Parks Chapel in St. Louis, Missouri with his late grandmother, Carrie Brown.
Henry departed this life on Friday, May 19, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 57.
Henry was well loved and gave love in return. He leaves to cherish his memory: five brothers, Kenneth, Ronald, Russell, Lester and Lyneal; six sisters, Catherine, Carrie Jean, Sally, Delores, Louise and JoAnn; a host of nieces, nephews; a very special nephew Jimmy Graves; a trusted special friend JoAnn; God child, Dayairea and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
