Norine Jones Allen was married to Joseph "Joe" Earn Allen in Weleetka, OK on June 9, 1934. They had four children Carmon Lee Allen of Okla. City OK, Arnold Ray Allen of Ada OK, Joyce Francis Allen Harber of Tulsa OK, and Clyde Edward Allen buried in West Lawn Cemetery in Henryetta, OK.
She had a twin Ourrine who died as an infant and was buried at Coal Creek Cemetery (also called Furr Cemetery) in Bryant near Henryetta, OK. Norine was the younger sister of Netta "Nettie" Jones Allen, William James "Roy" Jones, Minnie Rosetta Jones, Robert Jackson Jones, and Alvie Franklin Jones.
Norine had 3 younger siblings: Eliga or Eligha "Don" Jones, Goldie Virginia Jones Heckethorne (buried in Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, CA), and Ada Kiarley Jones (died as an infant).
Norine was almost 29 years of age at the time of her tragic, early death from complications of surgery (appendectomy and/or hysterectomy) leaving a husband and 4 small children at home. Her loss was immeasurable to the family.
Her father was Benjamin Franklin Jones (1880 to Apr. 23, 1945) was buried in West Lawn Cemetery in Henryetta, OK. He was married to Sarah Melissa "Sally" Murray Jones Norine's mother on Mar. 8, 1901 at Henryetta, OK. Sally Jones lived from Feb. 11, 1884 to 1924.
Her grandfather was Joseph Jones buried in Coal Creek (Furr) Cemetery in Bryant, OK near Henryetta, OK.
