Charles was married twice. His first wife was Frances Ileta Law, daughter of David Law and Matilda Stewart, whom he married in Cass City, Tuscola County, Michigan, on October 19, 1911.

His second wife was Reba Balkwell, daughter of Joseph Balkwell and Margaret Sommerville. Reba had been married previously to Robert Clark Agar, Jr., who passed away in 1937.

Charles Allard Second Fatality in Auto Crash

Charles Allard, 66, died Friday, Nov. 27, [1959], from injuries sustained in an automobile crash Nov. 22 near Fenton. Also fatally injured in the crash was his wife Reba.

Born in Tuscola County, he made his home in Flint for the last 30 years.

Among the survivors is a step-daughter, Miss Betty Jo Agar of Cass City.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Brown Funeral Home, Flint. Graveside services were under the auspices of Morningstar Lodge No. 556.

Burial was in Almer Cemetery, Caro.
