Aurelia Bernal Alioth, 77, returned home to her Heavenly Father on Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008, in St. George, Utah. She was born Sept. 17, 1930, in San Diego. She spent her life in many places including: Mexico City; LaCanada, Calif.; Carlsbad, Calif.; Las Vegas; and her last year in St. George. She loved gardening and created art through her beautiful needlework. She became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when she was 72 years old. This enhanced her life greatly and brought her many dear friends.

She is survived by her children; James (Phyllis) Trahern of La Mesa, California; Colleen (Paul) Jaramillo of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Lita (John) Rader of St. George, Utah. She also leaves behind her brother Albert Bernal and sister-in-law Pat.

Her pride and joy were her seven grandchildren; Jamie Raeann Trahern; James, Tyler and David Jaramillo and Jake, Jameson and Nicholas Rader, who love her dearly.

Graveside services took place on March 28th at the Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Elderberry Care at 43 North 1250 West, St. George UT 84770.
