Alger Infant Dies From Strange Malady

Little Mary Jo Alger, the fourteen months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Alger of this city passed away Sunday afternoon at one o'clock at the county hospital following a two day illness from a strange malady. The little child and her mother had been visiting in Milford for several days where she was stricken on Friday. She was brought home and taken to the hospital but the doctors couldn't determine what her ailment was. An autopsy was performed following her death but as yet the cause of her passing isn't known.

The deceased child, who was born April 7, 1938 is survived by her parents, a sister Merna, also by four grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George a Lowe, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Alger all of this city.
