Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. in the Checotah Free Will Baptist Church Monday for Mrs. Minnie Alfred, 62.

Born March 20, 1904 in Hoffman, Mrs. Alfred died Friday at her home in Checotah after a brief illness.

Survivors include her husband, Fred of the home; a son Charles Gann of Tulsa; and a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Barnes, of Tulsa; her mother, Mrs. Rosie Gramlich of Checotah; two brothers, two half-brothers, and seven grandchildren.

Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Checotah.
