WED. MARCH 6, 1946

A.M. ALEXANDER DIES THIS MORN FROM PNEUMONIA

Albert Marion Alexander, 74, prominent farmer residing five miles northwest of Palmer, died at 11 :15 o'clock this morning in his home. He had been ill since Monday, suffering from pneumonia.
Mr. Alexander was born in Cass County, Mo., on August 27, 1871, a son of Hugh and Martha Snodgrass Alexander. he was married at Springfield on February 21, 1893 to Louella M. Potts and he and Mrs. Alexander observed their 43 rd wedding anniversary last month. A son died in infancy.
Surviving are his wife and the following children: Lyman E. and Mrs. Elsie Lorge of Boman, N. D.; Albert, Harrison, Idaho; Delmar B. Edinburg; Mrs. Eunice Erio, Bulpitt; Mrs. Bonnie Wells, Medford Wis.; Mrs. Flossie Slaughter, Muskegon, Mich.; Ed Alexander, Kincaid and Gordon of Bowman, N. D. He also leaves 33 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was a member of the Sharpsburg Methodist church.
The body was removed to the Joe Shafer Funeral home where funeral arrangements are incomplete.
