Mrs. Alexander
Final rites were said Friday for Mrs. J. O. Alexander, 36, of Shawmut, by Rev. E. U. Calvert, interment being in the Shawmut Cemetery, with Johnson and Company in charge. Mrs. Alexander was born in Heard County, Ga.; she was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving is the husband, and four children, James, 17, Arlene, 15, Lucy, 13, and Margaret, 11, of Shawmut; the mother, Mrs. Henry Costley, Shawmut; two brothers, Luther Costley, of LaGrange, Ga., and Hughey Costley, Shawmut; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Laster, Rupprville, Ga., and Mrs. Ansie Allen, Rome, Ga.
