MARY ALEXANDER TAKEN IN DEATH.....About 4:30 p.m Friday, May 24th.....Last rites will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral home with the REV. H. T. RASCHE in charge. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
MARY E. ALEXANDER, 90, was born Nov. 29, 1866, at Birmingham, Iowa, the daughter of the late ANDREW C. and MARTHA S. KNIGHT ALEXANDER. She came to Fairfield with her parents when she was only one year old and had made her home here since. She was never married and made her home with her brother, Herbert, at 705 S. Seventh Street. MISS ALEXANDER was an active member of the Free Methodist church for many years. She is survived by her brother. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
