Freddie was born December 7, 1956 in Aniston, Alabama to the late Joseph F. Alewine, Sr. and Marjorie Freeman Alewine.
He worked for many years in the hospitality industry and was a skilled musician. He was known for his kind heart and his zest for life. He enjoyed remodeling homes and had a propensity for nostalgia. He especially enjoyed old westerns and the Andy Griffith Show. Greater than his love for music and nostalgia was his devotion toward God and a desire to walk close to Him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Susan Alewine.
