Glen G. Alderman, 80, of Olean, Missouri passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was born January 2, 1938 in Moniteau County, Missouri the son of the late Harold J. and Fern L. (Asplin) Alderman. On April 27, 2002 in Olean, Missouri he was united in marriage to Shirley (Reynolds) Alderman who survives of the home.

His first wife, Martha Ferol (Sherman) Alderman preceded him in death.

He served in the United States Army, and twenty-six years in the National Guard. Glen was a member of the Olean Baptist Church and the NRA. He was employed for the state of Missouri for forty-eight years retiring as a research analyst from the Dept. of Labor and Industrial Relations.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Brother Kent Hutcherson officiating. Interment will follow at Olean Cemetery with Full Military Honors presented by the Eldon VFW Post 2442.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the Olean Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
