Pete Albright Will Be Buried Here Friday
Pete Albright, 87, long time resident of Clarence, passed away Wednesday morning at Monett where he had been making his home with his daughters, Mrs. Flora Perry and Mrs. Dora Croskary. The body arrived here about noon Thursday and is resting in the Barkelew & Davis Funeral Chapel where last rites will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Ralph LaChance officiating. Interment will be made in Maplewood cemetery.
Mr. Albright was born 87 years ago, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Albright. He was a well known stonemason, bricklayer and plasterer of Clarence who contributed much to the business life of the town. Mrs. Albright died on June 24, 1954. Two children also preceded him, Nellie Virginia, who died in 1922, and Charles Albright who died 18 years ago.
Survivors include the two daughters, Mrs. Perry and Mrs. Croskary of Monett and two sons, Roy Albright of Pippin, Wis., and Clarence Albright of Stover, Mo., who are here to attend the funeral services.
