She was born in Plains, the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Jaworski Charnetski.
She was raised in Plains and attended Plains schools. She lived in Pittston for the past 25 years.
She was employed in the local garment industry for 15 years
She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Pittston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aloysius, in 1983.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Rosemary) Menichelli, Pittston; four grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Rose Jones, Plains; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Thursday from the Adonizio Funeral Home, Inc., 251 William Street, Pittston with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
Interment will be in St. Rocco's Cemetery, Pittston Township.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
