Jeannie (Albert) Hosmer died at Cedar Lawn in Baltimore County on Thursday morning, January 3, 1867. She was the wife of James R. Hosmer; and eldest daughter of August J. Albert and Frances Jane (Taylor) Albert.

A daughter, Fannie Hosmer, was born in January 1860; was a week short of her seventh birthday when her mother died; and married Henry Carroll Winchester in about 1888.
