Suzanne G. Aiken, 69, Altoona, formerly of Hollidaysburg, died Monday at Golden LivingCenter-Hillview. She was a daughter of Raphael & Marie (Sell) Aiken. Surviving are a sister, Eleanor Gill in Florida; brothers: Robert, Paul and James, all of Altoona, and Richard of Hollidaysburg; an aunt, Bernadine Sell; a number of nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by brothers: Ronnie, Terry Sr. and an infant brother, twin of Robert. Suzanne previously worked at the Lutheran Home and Altoona Hospital in housekeeping. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, and the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, where she was a member of the Legion of Mary. Suzanne was a devoted daughter who took care of her mother with Alzheimer's disease at home for 10 years. Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Sorge Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg. Committal, New St. Mary Cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
