Corporal Kevin Aigner passed away while assisting residents in an area devastated by wildfire. He was working his post on Wharton Cove when he began to have trouble breathing. He was flown to Seton Medical Center where he later died.

Corporal Aigner had served with the Travis County Precinct 2 Constable's Office for 12 years and had served in law enforcement for a total of 15 years.

AIGNER, Kevin Lee, 38, constable, of Pflugerville died Saturday. Survived by wife Ronya. Visitation 6 p.m. Thursday, Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, Pflugerville. Services 10 a.m. Friday, Hill Country Bible Church. Burial Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville.

Kevin Lee Aigner Kevin Lee Aigner, age 38, of Pflugerville, passed away on September 10, 2011. He was born on July 27, 1973 in Victoria, Texas to Ervin Lee and Margaret Ann (Lienemann) Aigner. Kevin loved being with his family and friends. He also enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and taking his jeep on trail rides. He worked for the Travis County Precinct Two Constables Office. He had also worked for the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Ronya Aigner of Pflugerville; sons, Kenneth and Matthew Guerrero of Pflugerville; daughters, Tatum Aigner of Cuero and Meadow Moses of Pflugerville; his parents, Ervin and Margaret Aigner of Inez; and his sisters, Kendra Aigner and Lisa Mendoza. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, Pflugerville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 16, 2011 at Hill Country Bible Church, 12124 R.R. 620 North, Austin. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
