Earl Agee was the son of Sarah Elizabeth Lady and Benjamin Coats Agee. His parents came from DeKalb Co, MO to Yamhill Co, OR in the early 1850s as children. They married and moved to Douglas Co, OR. They had 14 children.
Earl married Mabel Frances McCracken (1891-1977) on 14 July 1912 at Douglas County, Oregon. They had the following children: Neva Claire (1913-1969), Seth Loren (1918- ) and Melvin Earl "Bud" (1921-1992).
He appeared on the census of 8 January 1920 at Green, Douglas County, Oregon.
