Alberta Agan, 85, of Danville, died at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 20, 1998) at Provena USMC, Logan Campus. She was born June 12, 1912, in Danville,Ill. the daughter of Leslie Ferdinand and Mildred Edna Bachman White. She married Clement Samuel Agan July 20, 1933, in Danville, Ill. He proceeded her in death in 1973. She is survived by two daughters, Arlene Anne(Herbert John)Mauser of Rockford,Ill. and Marilynn Dee (Craig)Andrews of Dressher PA.; one son, Leo Francis Agan of Galesville,MD.; three sisters, Elizabeth Jane Kolb of Danvile, William Anne Smith of Danville, and Pauline Louise (Joseph Charles) Welsch of Englewood, Fla.;one brother, Leo Joseph (Virginia)White of Indianapolis, Ind.; a special friend, Ellwood Ulmer of Philadelphia, PA.; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents and grandparents. She graduated from St Patrick's Grade School and attended Danville High School. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Danville. She last worked at an antique shop in Philadelphia and was also a beautician. Memorial Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at Holy Family Resurrection Church; Burial: Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church.
