Gresham resident Reid Adney, 54, died Thursday, Nov. 30.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday Dec. 4, at Cornwell Colonial Chapel, 90 N. Second St., Woodburn.
A funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, also at Cornwell Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow at Belle Passi Cemetery, 997 Belle Passi Road, Woodburn.
Reid was born Dec. 24, 1951, in Redmond to Raymon "Ray" and Wanda (Blattman) Adney. He was raised and educated in Woodburn and graduated from North Marion High School in Aurora.
He earned his real estate brokerage license and sold real estate for a couple of years before beginning a career as a truck driver.
Most recently, Reid served as a tour bus driver. He followed a tour boat up and down the Columbia River from Astoria to where the Columbia met the Snake River, narrating the shore tours.
Reid moved to Gresham eight years ago. In 2004, he married Patty Fain in Gresham.
He was a member of the Gresham Elks Lodge. He enjoyed NASCAR, trips to the beach and western dancing.
Survivors include his wife of Gresham; sons, David Adney of Woodburn and Jason Adney of Damascus; mother of Woodburn; and brother, James Adney of Woodburn.
