Marcia's family moved to Greeley in 1942. She attended Greeley High School. After graduation, she was a homemaker. She later worked as a waitress at Carlsons Hut in Evans, Colorado. Marcia finished her working career as a Dispatcher for the Greeley Police Department. She spent considerable time working in her yard caring for her multitude of flower bed and rose gardens-her yard was always just so!
Marcia also enjoyed needlework and sprucing up her wardrobe. She enjoyed embroidery work as well. She adored her two white poodles, Cody and BoBo, and cherished her cat Miss Mandy.
At 82, Marcia still lived in her own home. Her passing was a shock to her family, yet the Lord Jesus, her Savior, was swift in her hour. Marcia was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
Marcia is survived by two daughters, a son-in-law, three sons, one daughter-in-law, two sisters, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren [survivors names omitted].
