of south Louisville peacefully passed away Monday March 9, 2015, one day after her 83rd birthday.
She was the former Mildred Adkison a native of Bowling Green, homemaker and Baptist by her faith.
Survivors include three daughters, Denise Finley (Dennis), Pam Alves and Rita Atkison (Kenny); son David Puckett (Vickie); 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren also by a host of other family members and friends.
Graveside service: 11am Thursday at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery. Nunnelley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
