Mrs. Alice Hazel Adkison, 43, Grangeville, Ida., former Great Falls resident, died Thursday afternoon at a local hospital. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Croxford mortuary.
Mrs. Adkison was born Dec. 27, 1908, at Spring Valley, Wis., and moved to great Falls with her parents as a child. She attended public schools here and was graduated from Fergus County high school at Lewistown after her parents moved there in 1925. The family moved to Fort Peck, where she was married to John E. Adkison. The couple lived in Fort Peck several years before moving to Panama. Six years later Mr. and Mrs. Adkison moved to Grangeville.
Besides the husband, survivors are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul W. Ofstie, Great Falls; a sister, Mrs. Laurence Kolashinski; two nephews and several other relatives in Great Falls.

Funeral services will be held here Monday afternoon for Mrs. Alice Hazel Adkison, 43, of Grangeville, Idaho, who died Thursday.
Mrs Adkison came here recently to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ofstie, when she became ill with influenza. She was born in Wisconsin and moved with her parents when a child to Fergus county in Montana. She was graduated from high school in Lewistown, and was married to John Adkison at Fort Peck. They had resided at Grangeville for the last six years.
Surviving are her husband, her parents and a sister.

Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Hazel Adkison, 43, Grangeville, Ida., who died Thursday at a local hospital of pneumonia complications, will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Croxford's.
A Christian Science reader will officiate at the services and Order of Eastern Star rites will be conducted at the mortuary. Mrs. Adkison was a member of Orchid chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Balboa, C.Z. Interment will be in Highland cemetery.
